I have been on the hunt for a new cell phone plan and some new phones as well. I’ve been somewhat happy with my service so far, and have been with them for almost 10 years, but I think it’s time to move on. Have you ever checked out Wirefly.com? They are a one stop shop as far as cell phones and plans are concerned. I checked out some Nextel phones and there are some great deals with these phones. One some of the Nextel phones you can get an instant discount (which makes them free) or you can get a rebate when you sign up with a Nextel account.
My next stop were the Sprint cell phones. My sister has a Sprint phone and service, and raves about them all the time. I really like the Samsung Upstage, and I could get that phone free if I signed up with a new account through them. There’s another Samsung phone - the A900M - that I could get for free as well, plus get a free Bluetooth headset if I signed up with a Sprint account. So far, they are my number one choice.
I also looked at T-Mobile phones. I can get a free RAZR phone if I opened up a new account with them and I really do like the RAZR phone. I love that it’s available in magenta, which is one of my favorite colors. Hey, that is important to me. Heh heh.
I’m still a little undecided but I suppose I should ask my husband what he thinks too. I do like Wirefly’s Resources page…it gives you a lot of information to aid you in making your decision. At least I have a little bit of time to go over everything, but luckily I found a site that sums everything up in one place.

Yesterday hubby and I went shopping for dress pants for him, and were unsuccessful. So, I ran into the Ross store that was in the same strip mall and couldn’t believe what great deals I found there. I didn’t have time to look for myself but for my kids I picked up a ton of stuff. My girls love the Limited Too store and I’ll only shop there if I have a 20% off coupon (since I think their store is ridiculously overpriced) and ended up with two Limited Too t-shirts for Kaitlyn that were only $4.99. I couldn’t believe it…Normally I’d pay around $20 in the mall. For Madelyn, my girlie girl, I picked up lots of cute tops and even a coverup for her bathing suit - all together I paid $25.00 for five items. Not too shabby! I used to shop at Ross in the past, but found the store to be really junky and could never find anything, but yesterday’s finds kind of restored my faith in them….lol. I know a lot of the time it can be hit or miss, but if you haven’t been to Ross lately, check ‘em out!

Back when I was in high school, I drove a 1968 Ford Mustang. My father had completely restored it and I was quite surprised that he gave the car to me to drive around in. I didn’t realize at first how cool of a car it was until I started getting compliments on it. My Dad spent a lot of time restoring it. He’d travel to California just to get special parts or accessories! I thought he was crazy. There was a time when I thought he was getting a little obsessive over the car, but you know what? This was his baby. He took it under his wing when it was in pretty bad shape and made it into a classic beauty.
Too bad the internet wasn’t really up and running back then. We could have really used it. Any type of gift for our Dad pretty much had a Mustang theme. Anything with a Mustang on it, we bought it for him. I can’t tell you how many key chains we got him. Heh heh. Do you have a muscle car enthusiast in your home? Check out Muscle Car Apparel & Gifts. They have tons of muscle car apparel and accessories. In fact, I plan on purchasing a T-shirt from their site for my Dad for Father’s Day. Here’s the logo:
The blue Mustang pictured at the very bottom is a replica of the exact same one I drove. He’s gonna love it!! What I like about this site is the fact that it also caters to women and kids. Most of those car sites only cater to men so it’s nice to see that they offer girly T-shirts and hats.
Take a look at their
site. They really do have a little bit of everything for the muscle car enthusiast.

I LOVE it when our local grocery store offers triple coupons. I scored today with my coupons plus I had an extra 10% off my entire order. Remember, I get six newspapers every Sunday just to take advantage of the coupons. It’s times like these - Triple Coupons - that saving my coupons really pay off. I got several items for free that were on sale and now my pantry is stuffed.
They had a great deal on the Coke 12 packs - 4/$10, if you buy four, get a fifth 12 pack for FREE! I plan on going back tomorrow to get some more. I’m a Diet Coke fan, NOT Diet Pepsi. What was my total you ask? Before coupons and discount, $198.00. After coupons? $74.00. So I think I’ll treat myself to a mani/pedi this weekend. Heh heh.

Just when you thought you couldn’t use another toolbar, here’s one that’s worth downloading. It’s called the Do Good Toolbar and the premise is simple. Once you have downloaded the toolbar at
DoGoodToolbar.com, click on the Shop/Give menu on the toolbar itself, click on one of the several merchants and purchase something. They donate money to charity. They’ll even donate if you’re just searching online. How simple is that?
Here’s a sampling of some of the merchants to choose from: Apple iTunes, Barnes and Noble, and Kodak EasyShare Gallery. These are all sites that I frequent often online and even make purchases through. So now, with purchases I make through the Do Good Toolbar, money will be donated to charity as well. It’s really a win win situation. Let’s say I wanted to buy some songs through iTunes. 2.5% of the purchase price will be donated to charity.
I like the additional features that the Do Good Toolbar has to offer as well. There’s a handy dandy Email Notifier that will alert me if I have any new emails. It works through POP3, Yahoo!, Gmail, or Hotmail accounts. I can even get updates on the weather!
So why not download the Do Good Toolbar and start donating to charity. It’ll do you some good.

Our family loves Red Robin. We will head over there probably twice a month. They have a great Kids Menu and my personal favorite is their BLTA - a bacon, lettuce, turkey, and avocado sandwich on a croissant. Yum!! If you join the Red Robin eClub, you get a FREE burger on your birthday! Great deal!! Check it out here.

Okay, this coupon expires on Saturday, May 19th, so take advantage of it! Get the
printable coupon and print it right away, because once you’ve viewed it, it won’t show up again if you try to print it off later. This comes right in time - got some kids’ birthday parties to buy presents for! There are some exclusions, so read the coupon carefully.
